I offer individual psychotherapy on a weekly basis, one to two sessions per week for 50 minutes.  Our work together is most effective if we set a regular day and time each week.  I am flexible with busy, working individuals who travel frequently and offer video/ phone sessions when necessary during work travel.

People often ask how long therapy takes.  Transformation takes time, and therapy lasts for months and sometimes years.  We will collaborate together on this decision.  Some people prefer to work on a specific issue in a shorter term way, while others want longer term support to work on multiple issues in their evolving, complex lives.
